Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a ticket, the booking becomes binding. Due to the limited capacity, the exclusive nature of our events and the considerable organizational and logistical effort involved, tickets are generally non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Partial or full refunds of the ticket price are therefore excluded, regardless of the reason for the ticket holder’s inability to attend.

Tickets may, however, be transferred to another person free of charge at any time. The transfer or private resale of tickets is expressly permitted. Upon request, and where a waiting list exists, we are happy to assist in connecting interested guests. However, there is no entitlement to resale or mediation by the organizer.

Should an event have to be cancelled by the organizer, the ticket price paid will of course be refunded in full. Any further claims, including but not limited to travel, accommodation or consequential costs, are excluded.

By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts these terms and conditions.
