Since summer 2026, Clemens Wieser and Josef Brandstetter, the Almhof’s two head chefs, have been offering their own interpretation of what we seek to create in this magical place of conviviality: a cuisine that is at once deeply personal, firmly rooted and devoted to the unique flavours of our region.
