Marie Schwesinger

Marie, known online as @dieweinsteigerin, is a trained winemaker, wine lover, and content creator for wine education. Her aim is to meet young wine enthusiasts exactly where they are: in an accessible, approachable way and without unnecessarily complicated technical language. She has experienced the wine industry from different perspectives, including several years in sales, her winemaking training in Franconia, and roles in distribution and marketing. As a content creator, she combines this practical experience with her studies in communication science and her journalistic work in print, radio, and television. In doing so, she makes wine knowledge contemporary, accessible, and relevant to the next generation of wine drinkers.
