Hansjörg Rebholz is one of Germany’s most influential wine personalities. Since 1978, he has led the historic Ökonomierat Rebholz estate in the Southern Palatinate, shaping its uncompromising commitment to quality and terroir. As former chairman of the VDP Pfalz, co-founder of the renowned “5 Winzer – 5 Freunde” group and a pioneer of dry, site-expressive wines, Rebholz has played a key role in defining the modern identity of German fine wine.
