Fux Restaurant

The urban Fux, run by Peter Strolz, one of the most established wine specialists on the Arlberg, stands for an independent, cosmopolitan approach to gastronomy in Lech. At the centre stands euro-Asian fusion cuisine; classical boundaries are deliberately dissolved. Service is in izakaya style: small, precise dishes that can be shared. A deliberate gastronomic counterpoint at 1,440 metres, where, among other things, outstanding sushi is served.

The extensive wine list, with a clear focus on Burgundy, grower champagnes, Port, and Chartreuse, has made Fux for years one of the most compelling addresses for wine specialists. Many of the wines are exclusive imports and are delivered by the Fux WeinAgentur, Peter Strolz's second pillar, to high-end gastronomy and wine-engaged private customers in Austria.
