Domaine Camille & Guillaume Boillot

Camille and Guillaume Boillot are deeply rooted in Burgundy and represent the young generation in Meursault: ambitious, family-connected, and with an uncompromising commitment to quality.

Camille comes from the house of Violot-Guillemard; her husband Guillaume is the son of Henri Boillot, two well-known names in Burgundy. After Guillaume was responsible for the wines of Domaine Henri Boillot for ten years, taking them to impressive depth, the couple decided to build their own domaine from 2022. Their vineyards lie mainly in Meursault, Puligny, and Volnay, partly in top sites that they lease or inherited from family.

In the cellar the two work with restraint: spontaneous fermentation, minimal oak, long ageing on the fine lees. Their signature is clearly mineral and very elegant. Critics such as William Kelly (The Wine Advocate) praise the „breathtaking precision“ and „effortless finesse“ of the first vintages. Overall: consistently high scores. Domaine Camille & Guillaume Boillot is proof that, even in an overheated Burgundy, there is still room at the top. A promise for the future.
