Amanda Wassmer Bulgin

Born in Salisbury, England, in 1984, Amanda Wassmer-Bulgin first discovered her passion for gastronomy through cooking, but found her professional home in service and wine. She worked as a journalist for the British wine magazine Decanter, as a wine consultant at Harrods in London, as Chef de Rang at Schloss Schauenstein, and as Head Sommelier at Park Hotel Vitznau and Restaurant Silver at Hotel 7132 in Vals. She later became Wine Director at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. Today, together with her husband Sven Wassmer, she runs the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Sven Wassmer Memories and the one-Michelin-starred restaurant verve by sven. She is also COO of the Wassmer Family Group, a juror, lecturer, speaker and Master of Wine candidate.
